A 15% sleeve that holds one ETF at a time and checks markets daily. It reads a short‑term “heat” score (RSI: 0–100 from recent ups vs downs). If Treasuries beat cash and the S&P 500 isn’t overheated, it goes TQQQ (3× Nasdaq). If the S&P is too hot, it parks in BIL (T‑bills). If cash leads, it either bets on a rebound (TQQQ) or, if risk stays weak, chooses the stronger of SQQQ (−3× Nasdaq) or EDV (long Treasuries).

Out-of-sample edge: ~41.7% annualized vs ~18.7% for the S&P, Sharpe ~0.88, Calmar ~0.78. A 15% RSI-driven sleeve that rides Nasdaq momentum and defends on heat—targeting higher upside with controlled risk vs the S&P.
