The text the rules are quoted from, with where it came from.
Each day it checks a few “mood” gauges: trend (moving averages), short‑term stretch (RSI: a 0–100 gauge of how overbought/oversold prices are), and fear (UVXY/VIXY: funds tied to market volatility). If healthy, it buys 3× tech/semis (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL). If shaky, it moves to T‑Bills (BIL/SGOV) or flips to 3× inverse funds (SQQQ, SOXS). In panics/overheated spikes it briefly buys UVXY. It splits money across mini‑bots using these rules.

Out-of-sample, this strategy targets tech/semis with levered bets and active hedging. It aims 34.8% annualized return vs 20.4% for the S&P, with a Calmar of 1.21, implying stronger upside per unit of drawdown despite higher pullbacks.
