Each day it checks recent Nasdaq moves and bond‑market stress to choose one: BULZ (3x long big‑tech basket), BERZ (3x inverse), BIL (T‑Bills), or UVXY (volatility). If tech looks overheated → BERZ. After sharp selloffs it may play a bounce (BULZ) or elevated volatility (UVXY). In uptrends it rides tech (BULZ); if stocks/bonds look shaky it parks in BIL. QQQ/TQQQ, SPY, BND/IEF/TLT/TMF are used only as signals.

High-upside tech-timing: oos return ~51% vs SPY ~21%, Calmar ~0.97. Hedging with BIL/BERZ/BULZ/UVXY aims to ride rallies and protect, but expect larger drawdowns (~52% vs ~19%).
