A daily, rules‑driven “fund of strategies” that buys 3x tech/semis on dips and goes defensive when markets overheat or volatility jumps. Uses simple signals (RSI, trend, recent moves) to rotate among tech, hedges, bonds, cash, commodities, and volatility ETFs. High risk.

The text the rules are quoted from, with where it came from.
Each day it checks two things: trend and stress.
• If stocks trend up, it buys aggressive tech/semiconductor funds (TQQQ, TECL, SOXL), especially after short-term dips (RSI low).
• If markets look overheated (RSI high) or volatility spikes (UVXY/VXX), it hedges with inverse funds (SQQQ, TECS, SOXS), Treasuries (TLT/TMF), or cash-like T‑Bills (BIL).
It also keeps small slices in commodities (DBC), gold, energy, US dollar, or low‑vol mixes. RSI is a 0–100 “heat score” of recent moves; moving averages spot trend. Very aggressive; uses 3x/inverse/VIX products.

Out-of-sample, this strategy posts higher annualized return (26.8% vs SPY's 18.4%) with Calmar ~1.11 and built-in volatility hedges. It leverages tech on dips for bigger upside with controlled risk vs the S&P 500.
