Each day it checks a 10‑day “heat meter” (RSI, 0‑100) on SPY (the S&P 500 fund). If RSI ≥70: buy UVXY (a fund that jumps when market fear spikes). If RSI ≤30: buy UPRO (a 3× S&P 500 fund, betting on a rebound). Otherwise: if SVXY (a short‑fear fund) just fell >10% in 4 days, park in BIL (T‑bills); if not, buy SVXY. Rebalances daily.
A daily, high‑risk switcher among UPRO (3× S&P 500), SVXY (short volatility), UVXY (long volatility), or BIL (T‑bills) using SPY’s 10‑day RSI and a quick drawdown check. Contrarian at extremes, short volatility in the middle.
Dynamic volatility-regime strategy: daily switches among UPRO, SVXY, UVXY, and BIL to chase upside and diversify risk. Out-of-sample: ~20.12% annualized return, ~0.65 Sharpe, max drawdown ~44.5%—adds diversification beyond SPY.
Don't you do it. Don't invest in this! It was made by a jackal. The logic is too simple. It's probably overfit. You might make money with it. You might lose it all.
