A daily, all‑in switcher that uses QQQ’s trend and “heat” (RSI) to either buy 3x tech (TQQQ/TECL), short tech via PSQ, or hide in defensive ETFs (XLP, BND, TLT). It aims to fade overheated bursts, buy deep dips, and otherwise hold the strongest defense.

Each day it holds one ETF (100%). QQQ (Nasdaq‑100) is the “weather vane”: above its 20‑day average = uptrend; below = downtrend. RSI is a 0–100 heat meter (>50 strong, <30 oversold).
- Uptrend + too hot (+>5.5% in 10d): switch to PSQ (benefits if QQQ dips).
- Big ~3‑mo drop (≈−33% in TQQQ): buy TQQQ for a rebound.
- Downtrend + oversold (RSI10<30): buy TECL (3x tech).
- Otherwise hold the stronger of XLP vs bonds (BND/TLT); in weak downtrends, pick TLT vs PSQ.

Out-of-sample annualized return ~25% vs ~21% for the S&P, with Calmar near 1.0 to balance upside and risk. Dynamic tech exposure and smart hedges target stronger upside; note drawdowns can be larger than the S&P in downturns.
