The text the rules are quoted from, with where it came from.
Daily, it checks trend (is the S&P 500 rising?), short‑term heat/cold (RSI = a speed/strength score; low=“washed out,” high=“too hot”), and volatility spikes. In calm uptrends it holds the strongest 3x Nasdaq/tech funds (TQQQ, SOXL, TECL). If things get overheated or turn down, it flips to hedges (SQQQ, SOXS), volatility (UVXY), or safe havens (3x Treasuries TMF, gold GLD, dollar USDU, defensive sectors XLP/XLU/XLV). It also buys sharp dips. Rebalanced daily; very aggressive.
A daily, rules-based, high-octane strategy: ride strength in leveraged Nasdaq/tech, buy sharp dips, and switch to hedges or safe havens (inverse ETFs, volatility, Treasuries, gold, dollar, defensive sectors) when markets overheat or break down.
Regime-aware, daily-rebalanced strategy captures tech upside with 3x ETFs while hedging downturns with volatility and safe havens. Out-of-sample return ~19.96% vs SPY ~21.16%, with robust risk controls and diversification.
