Daily “risk switch.” - RSI: a 0–100 “heat meter” (low = washed‑out, high = overheated). - Moving average: a trend line; above it = uptrend. - VIX funds: fear gauges (UVXY spikes in selloffs; SVXY benefits from calm). Logic: If markets are hot, add volatility hedges (UVXY). If trend is up and fear low, own growth (TQQQ/TECL) or SVXY. If stocks weaken, buy Treasuries (TLT/TMF) or inverse (TMV) if rates rise. In downtrends use PSQ/SH. No clear read? Park in T‑Bills (BIL/SHV).

Out-of-sample annualized return 25.63% vs 20.05% for the S&P, with Calmar ~1.07. A dynamic, diversified mix—tech growth, Treasuries, and hedges—seeks stronger upside while managing risk beyond the S&P.
