Goal: ride big‑tech uptrends (TQQQ) and soften selloffs. If the S&P 500 (SPY) is above the 200‑day average it’s on offense; below, defense.
Offense: own 3× Nasdaq (TQQQ) while trend is up and not too hot. RSI = a speedometer for recent moves (high=hot, low=washed‑out).
Defense: after fast run‑ups or trend breaks, use hedges: VIX up (VIXY/UVXY), Treasuries (TLT/TMF), short Nasdaq (PSQ/SQQQ), or cash‑like (SHV/BIL). It also buys dips and rotates among playbooks with strong recent results.

Out-of-sample edge: 26.23% annualized return vs SPY 18.15%, Calmar ~1.07. Nasdaq-led upside with hedges to curb losses—higher upside, but drawdowns can be larger in downturns.
NOVA: testing out longer duration CR on TQQQ w/hedges.
