Daily, rules-based timing of the Nasdaq: trend + a “hot/cold” meter (RSI) buy dips with 3x Nasdaq (TQQQ), short when overheated (SQQQ), or sit in bonds/volatility. In neutral periods it overweights recent winners among big tech/semis. High risk.

Daily rules:
1) If the S&P 500 is in an uptrend (above its 200‑day avg), use a 21‑day avg and RSI (a 0–100 “hot/cold” meter) on Nasdaq to:
• Buy a 3x Nasdaq fund (TQQQ) on dips,
• Short it (SQQQ) when overheated/after sharp bounces,
• Or park in bond/volatility funds.
2) If the S&P is in a downtrend, hold SQQQ or long bonds.
In quiet times it favors recent winners among big tech/semis.

Nasdaq-focused, rules-based strategy with adaptive hedges. Out-of-sample returns ~61% annually vs SPY ~22%, Calmar ~1.64, and clear risk controls from regime timing and dip/bounce tactics—seeking bigger upside with managed drawdowns.
JCB Mod on original framework by u/derecknielsen Modded by u/Hinnom_TX then modded by Garen Phillips. v0.2 reintroduced the overbought RSI test. v0.3 added "Buy the Dips Nasdaq". v0.4 improved shorting, overbought/oversold performance. "Even better QQQ" built with stacked cum return filters to buy higher percentages of top cum return.
