RSI = 0–100 “heat” score of recent price moves: >80 hot, <30 cold.
1) If major stock ETFs look hot, put 40% in VIXY (fear gauge), rest cash.
2) If they look cold, go 100% into a 3x bull (TQQQ/SOXL/SPXL/LABU) for a bounce.
3) Else: if Tech (XLK) beats KMLM (managed‑futures), buy TQQQ; if KMLM trending up, buy PSQ (‑1x Nasdaq); else hold GLD (gold).

Out-of-sample, this strategy shows superior risk-adjusted performance vs the S&P: Sharpe ~1.49, Calmar ~4.8, and ~80% annualized return (vs ~19% for SPY). Expect higher drawdowns but bigger upside in regime shifts.
