A daily, high‑octane ETF rotator. It uses simple stock‑and‑bond “heat” gauges to flip between bullish or bearish leveraged funds, then buys two recent movers (or laggards). Very active and risky.

The text the rules are quoted from, with where it came from.
Each day it reads simple “heat gauges” (RSI: 0–100; higher = hotter). Step 1: if the S&P 500 looks very hot, it also checks long‑bond strength. Step 2: it decides risk‑on or risk‑off by seeing whether small‑caps are hotter than Treasuries. Then it picks 2 aggressive funds (or their bearish versions) with the strongest or weakest 4‑day moves and splits the money. Rebalanced daily.

Out-of-sample edge: ~65% annualized return vs ~21% for the S&P, plus positive alpha and a Calmar ~1.55. Captures big upside from rapid rotations in leveraged ETFs, but with higher drawdown (~42% vs ~19%), so best for risk-tolerant investors.
