Aggressive, daily‑rebalanced, regime‑switching strategy: rides momentum in 3x tech/semis during uptrends, and quickly hedges or rotates to Treasuries, VIX products, or inverse ETFs when markets overheat or weaken. Very high risk.

It’s a traffic‑light system. If the stock market is trending up (price above its long‑term average), it buys the strongest growth funds (often 3x tech/semis). If things get “too hot,” it briefly hedges with VIX funds or parks in T‑bills/BTAL. If trend breaks or credit weakens, it flips to Treasuries or inverse ETFs. RSI here just flags “too hot/too cold.” Rebalanced daily.
Aggressive, daily‑rebalanced, regime‑switching strategy: rides momentum in 3x tech/semis during uptrends, and quickly hedges or rotates to Treasuries, VIX products, or inverse ETFs when markets overheat or weaken. Very high risk.
Out-of-sample, this aggressive regime-switching strategy shows higher risk-adjusted returns vs the S&P: oos Sharpe ~1.64 vs 1.29; annualized return ~105% vs ~17%; Calmar ~4.08; drawdown ~26% vs ~9%, but much bigger upside.
dont mind the poor implementation.
