A fast, rules-based strategy that buys the strongest 3x stock funds in uptrends and shifts to bonds, cash, or volatility hedges when conditions weaken. Uses a hot/cold score (RSI) and trend lines to flip between offense and defense. Very aggressive.

Each day it checks trend (is the S&P 500 above its 200‑day average?).
• If yes: go on offense—hold the strongest 3x stock funds (Nasdaq/S&P/tech/semis), buy dips when “oversold,” and hedge if things look “too hot” using RSI (a 0–100 hot/cold gauge).
• If no or volatile: move to Treasuries (long or short), T‑bills, dollar, or low‑beta hedges. Many safety checks cut risk fast.
