A fast, daily risk-on/risk-off mix. In panics it shifts to Treasuries, cash, or VIX hedges; in calmer trends it rides tech, energy, and commodities. Signals are basic (overbought/oversold and trend). Uses leveraged ETFs; high risk.

The text the rules are quoted from, with where it came from.
Each day it reads simple gauges: fear (VIX), how stretched moves are (RSI), and price vs trend (moving averages). Big fear/drop => defense; calm => offense.
Offense: growth/tech (QQQ/TQQQ/SOXL, mega‑caps), energy (XLE/ERX), commodities (DBC/XME, oil DBO, gold GLD), managed futures (WTMF).
Defense: Treasuries/cash (TMF/TMV/AGG/SHY/BIL) or volatility hedges (VIXY/VIXM/UVXY/SVXY). Also times nat‑gas (FCG/KOLD). Uses leverage; high risk.

Dynamic, regime-aware multi-asset strategy: OOS return 14.4% vs SPY 19.0%, Sharpe 0.68 vs 1.17, and broader diversification across bonds, commodities, and volatility. It may underperform in strong uptrends but could reduce downside across regimes.
