Each day, three mini-systems vote: Nasdaq-100 (QQQ), S&P 500 (SPY), and Semiconductors (SMH). If the trend is up and swings are calm, it uses 3x funds (TQQQ, SPXL, SOXL). If trends weaken, it steps down to the normal ETFs, to inverse funds (PSQ, SH, SSG), or to short‑term bonds (BSV). Votes use simple rules: price vs its recent average (trend), recent gains/losses (momentum), a 0–100 “hot/cold” score (RSI), size of recent drops (“buy the dip”), and volatility. Rebalances daily.

Out-of-sample, this strategy delivers superior risk-adjusted upside vs the S&P: Calmar 3.62 vs 2.60; Sharpe ~1.78; annualized return ~105% vs ~23%. A three-sleeve rotation with hedges aims for big gains with managed risk, though drawdowns can be larger.
