These holdings serve as essential building blocks for investors seeking focused participation in a dynamic, spending-driven segment of the U.S. economy.

The Interactive Advisors FTSE Russell Index Tracking Portfolios are designed to follow certain predefined rules so that the portfolio can track a specified basket of underlying investments, which corresponds to the reference index. These portfolios aim to track the performance of the underlying basket (index), and typically represent a form of passive investing. Interactive Advisors constructs and manages these portfolios based on data provided pursuant to licensing agreements with FTSE International Limited ("FTSE") and the Frank Russell Company ("Russell"). The goal of these portfolios is to allow investors to track the performance of certain specified portions of the US Stock market as represented by the reference index.
Capital growth plus with a more complex portfolio or higher risk profile than broad equity markets. Investing in equities and concentrated portfolios and prepared to accept fluctuation in portfolio value.
Sector enthusiasts: This portfolio suits investors who want dedicated exposure to consumer discretionary companies and believe in the long-term potential of businesses that benefit when consumers have extra money to spend. Index-focused investors: If you prefer a passive, systematic approach over active stock picking, this portfolio tracks a well-defined benchmark using transparent, rules-based criteria. Transparency-minded investors: This portfolio is a strong fit for those who value knowing exactly what they own. Direct indexing means you hold the underlying stocks directly, so every position is visible and accounted for.
Allocation discipline: The portfolio holds long positions exclusively in U.S. consumer discretionary stocks represented within the Russell 1000® Index. Holdings are rebalanced on a quarterly basis to maintain consistent tracking of the reference index, with exposure spanning both larger and mid-sized companies in the sector. Exceptions: The portfolio does not follow a traditional active sell discipline. Instead, sell decisions are driven entirely by the quarterly rebalance and reconstitution of the Russell 1000® Consumer Discretionary Index, as determined by the Frank Russell Company under a licensing agreement. Individual stocks are removed only when the index composition changes, not based on discretionary market judgment.
Direct asset control: You own each stock in this portfolio individually, not through a bundled fund. This gives you full transparency into every holding and greater control over your investment positions. Targeted sector access: This portfolio focuses on consumer discretionary companies — businesses that thrive when people spend on non-essential goods and services like dining, entertainment, and retail — offering concentrated exposure to a sector shaped by consumer spending patterns. Systematic precision: The portfolio follows a rules-based methodology that mirrors the Russell 1000® Consumer Discretionary Index, rebalancing quarterly to maintain close alignment with the benchmark without subjective decision-making.
