Plays offense in clear, calm uptrends with 3x tech/semis funds; flips fast to T‑bills/short bonds or brief hedges (UVXY/SOXS/SQQQ) when trends weaken, get overheated, or volatility spikes. Uses simple trend, RSI, drawdown, and bond‑vs‑stock checks.

The text the rules are quoted from, with where it came from.
It splits money across a few rule sets. Each one: 1) Checks trend and “heat” (price vs 50/200‑day averages; RSI=0–100 heat gauge; big recent drops; volatility). 2) If trends are healthy and calm, it buys 3x tech/semis funds (TQQQ, SOXL, TECL; sometimes UPRO/SPXL, plus SVXY). 3) If things look shaky or overheated, it parks in T‑bills/short bonds (BIL/BSV) or briefly hedges with UVXY/SOXS/SQQQ. 4) Bond‑vs‑stock strength helps decide risk‑on vs cash.
Plays offense in clear, calm uptrends with 3x tech/semis funds; flips fast to T‑bills/short bonds or brief hedges (UVXY/SOXS/SQQQ) when trends weaken, get overheated, or volatility spikes. Uses simple trend, RSI, drawdown, and bond‑vs‑stock checks.
Out-of-sample edge: 22.8% annualized return vs SPY's 19.2%, with a disciplined 3x tech/semis tilt and tactical hedges. Higher upside in uptrends, but larger drawdowns (~36%) in volatile markets.
Goal is to protect profits during downturns and sideways markets, and maximize 3x ETFS during clear uptrends.
