A fast, volatility‑aware strategy: fade euphoria with UVXY, buy tech/semis rebounds via 3x ETFs when oversold, and retreat to cash/bonds/defenses when stress rises. Uses RSI, trend, and shock filters to switch quickly among modes.

It’s a traffic‑light system that watches “market thermometers” like RSI (a hot/cold meter), trends, and big 1‑day moves. If stocks look too hot, it briefly buys UVXY (goes up when fear jumps). If they’re washed out but the backdrop is OK, it buys rebound plays like TECL/TQQQ/SOXL (3x tech/semis). If stress rises, it hides in T‑Bills (BIL), bonds (TMF), gold/commodities, or even short funds (SQQQ/SPXS).
A fast, volatility‑aware strategy: fade euphoria with UVXY, buy tech/semis rebounds via 3x ETFs when oversold, and retreat to cash/bonds/defenses when stress rises. Uses RSI, trend, and shock filters to switch quickly among modes.
Out-of-sample, this strategy beats the S&P on risk-adjusted return: Sharpe ~1.49 vs 1.40, annualized return ~53.68% vs 21.71%, Calmar ~2.05. Accept higher drawdowns (~26%) for greater upside; hedges help protect capital.
