A tactical, one‑ETF‑at‑a‑time system: ride 3x Nasdaq (TQQQ) in uptrends, but flip to hedges (SQQQ/PSQ), 3x S&P (UPRO), gold (GLD), cash (BIL), or volatility (UVXY) when the market looks overheated, weak, or choppy. High risk due to leverage.

RSI = a 0–100 score of recent up vs down moves (high=hot, low=cold). A moving average is the average price over X days; price above it = uptrend.
1) If SPY is above its 200‑day avg → “bull”; else “bear.”
2) Bull: usually hold 3x Nasdaq (TQQQ). If overheated, plunging, or choppy, switch to UVXY (volatility), UPRO/SPY, GLD (gold), cash (BIL), or hedges (PSQ/SQQQ).
3) Bear: prefer hedges, gold, or cash; occasional rebound longs.

High-upside, regime-switching strategy that targets ~37% annualized out-of-sample gains vs ~18% for the S&P. It rides tech in uptrends and hedges in choppy markets, delivering bigger upside with risk controls.
