Each day it holds ONE ETF: SOXL (3x up semiconductors), TECL (3x up tech), or SOXS (3x down semiconductors). It uses RSI—a short‑term “heat meter” (0–100) of recent price moves.
• If 14‑day IEI or 10‑day SHY look “hotter” than SPHB, buy SOXL.
• Else, if 6‑day IEF looks hotter than BIL, buy TECL; otherwise buy SOXS.
Rebalanced daily. IEI/SHY/IEF/BIL are Treasury ETFs; SPHB is high‑volatility stocks.

3x levered tech/semis strategy aims for big upside. In out-of-sample tests, annual return ~45% vs SPY ~20%, but with higher volatility and drawdown (~82%). High upside, high risk—best for bold, risk-tolerant investors.
