Each day: If QQQ (Nasdaq‑100) or SPY (S&P 500) look overheated by RSI (>80; a 0–100 “heat” of recent moves), park in SHV (T‑bills/cash). Else if TQQQ’s RSI <31, buy TECL (3× tech). Else if IEF (7–10y Treasuries) looks stronger than PSQ (−1× short QQQ), trade TSLA: buy if its 8‑day EMA > 20‑day avg or if its RSI <24; otherwise cash. If not, and TSLA is weak, buy PSQ; else cash.

Out-of-sample edge: 22.30% annualized return vs 20.53% for S&P 500. A daily, rules-based rotation among SHV, TSLA, TECL, PSQ seeks to dodge overheated markets, buy dips, and capture regime leaders with disciplined risk controls.
