Rules switch between offense and defense using simple signals. It reads “heat” (RSI: a quick score of how fast prices rose/fell—high=hot, low=washed‑out) and trend. Too hot => hedge/short with SQQQ/SOXS (3x shorts on Nasdaq/semis). Washed‑out or rising trend => buy TQQQ/SOXL/TECL/SPXL (3x bulls). If stocks look weak or bonds warn “risk‑off,” park in BIL (T‑Bills) or TMF (3x Treas.). Prefers tech/semis; can tilt to energy when commodities lead. K‑1 free.

Tech/semis tilt targets outsized OOS upside: ~56% annualized return vs SPY ~21%, but ~45% max drawdown vs ~19%. Calmar ~1.25 signals solid risk-adjusted gains. Leverage + hedges pursue big trends while aiming to limit losses.
