Buys TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100) on dips flagged by low RSI and parks in BIL (T‑bills) otherwise. The more oversold signals, the more TQQQ it holds. Uses inverse‑volatility sizing and rebalances daily.

Each day it checks TQQQ, a 3x version of the Nasdaq‑100. It looks at four RSI readings (5/10/15/20‑day). RSI is a 0–100 gauge of recent drops vs rises; low = oversold. If a reading is low, that slot buys TQQQ; otherwise it holds BIL, a T‑bill (cash‑like) ETF. More low readings → more TQQQ. It then sizes by inverse volatility so the jumpier asset gets a smaller share. Rebalances daily.

Out-of-sample, this 3x Nasdaq-100 dip-buying strategy targets 21.6% annualized return versus 17.9% for the S&P, with volatility-aware sizing and cash hedges. Higher upside, but larger drawdowns than the S&P.
