High‑risk, tech‑heavy rotation. Above the 200‑day trend it mostly rides the Nasdaq with leverage but jumps into volatility funds when markets look overheated. Below trend it buys oversold bounces or flips to short tech or Treasuries.

Trend: if SPY > 200‑day avg = risk‑on; else risk‑off.
RSI = 0–100 heat of recent moves (high=overbought, low=oversold).
Risk‑on: if tech is very hot, rotate into volatility (UVXY/VIXY) unless they just crashed; otherwise ride Nasdaq with leverage (prefer TQQQ; if weaker, QQQ/QLD), only flipping to VIXY on fear spikes.
Risk‑off: buy brief rebounds (TECL/UPRO) when deeply oversold; else hold SQQQ (short tech) or TLT (Treasuries), whichever is stronger. Tickers: QQQ=Nasdaq‑100; TQQQ 3x; QLD 2x; SQQQ −3x; SPXL/UPRO 3x S&P; TECL 3x; VIXY/UVXY=volatility; TLT=bonds.
High‑risk, tech‑heavy rotation. Above the 200‑day trend it mostly rides the Nasdaq with leverage but jumps into volatility funds when markets look overheated. Below trend it buys oversold bounces or flips to short tech or Treasuries.
High upside, disciplined risk control: oos return 33.6% vs SPY 20.6%; Calmar ~0.71. Expect more volatility and drawdowns (~47%), but tech-rotation aims to outperform the S&P in strong uptrends.
