A daily, rules-based plan that rides tech and semiconductor rallies with 3x funds (TQQQ, SOXL), then quickly hedges or even flips short in rough markets using Treasuries, the US dollar, or volatility ETFs. Signals use trend, fear level, and big one-day moves.

Each day it checks the market’s trend and “nervousness.” In calm uptrends it owns 3x tech: TQQQ (triple Nasdaq) and SOXL (triple semiconductors), sometimes the strongest sector. After big drops it buys dips; after big spikes it hedges or uses SQQQ/SOXS (inverse). In stress it parks in SHY (short-term bonds), UUP (US dollar), or UVXY/VIXM (volatility). Rebalances daily.

Out-of-sample annualized return ~27.7% vs ~20% for the S&P. A rules-based tech/semis strategy that seeks upside while hedging with volatility, USD, and Treasuries. Higher alpha with disciplined risk controls; drawdowns possible.
