A daily, contrarian switch among 3x tech-linked ETFs (TQQQ, SQQQ, TECL) and short‑term bonds (BSV). It fades big 10‑day moves, buys 3x tech when oversold, and parks in bonds when no signal appears.

Rebalances daily and picks one holding:
- If TQQQ (a 3x “up” bet on the Nasdaq-100, like a turbo-charged QQQ) jumped >31% over the last 10 trading days, switch to SQQQ (a 3x “down” bet) expecting a pullback.
- Else if SQQQ rose >25% in 10 days, buy TQQQ for a rebound.
- Else if TQQQ’s 10‑day RSI (a 0–100 speed-of-move gauge; low = recently fell fast) is <31, buy TECL (3x tech sector).
- Otherwise hold BSV (short‑term bonds).

Contrarian 3x-ETF rotation aims for outsized upside in tech swings. In out-of-sample tests, annualized return ~37.4% vs ~19.8% for S&P, with Calmar ~1.54 and Sharpe ~1.23, and beta ~0.95— offering stronger risk-adjusted upside, albeit higher drawdowns.
