A tactical, high‑risk Nasdaq‑100 strategy: ride TQQQ in uptrends, but flip to SQQQ, bonds, or volatility when markets look overheated or choppy. In downtrends it defends, only buying TQQQ on extreme selloffs.

First checks if the S&P 500 is above its 200‑day average.
- If yes: mostly hold TQQQ (3x Nasdaq-100). If prices look overheated, very volatile, or after sharp bounces, switch briefly to SQQQ (‑3x), TLT (bonds), or VXX (volatility).
- If no: stay defensive with SQQQ, VXX/UVXY, or TLT, and only buy TQQQ on extreme dips or short‑term strength.
