Rules-based, tech-tilted swing strategy. Rides Nasdaq uptrends with TQQQ, jumps to volatility (UVXY) when things look overheated, buys oversold dips in downtrends, or rotates to inverse tech (SQQQ) or Treasuries (TLT). Daily rebalanced; high risk.
