A daily tactical rotator: it cuts risk when stocks look overheated, parking about half in the strongest defensive asset(s) and cash. Otherwise it swings between leveraged tech, long Treasuries, the US dollar, oil, gold, or staples—guided by RSI, trend, and volatility.

Each day it asks: is the market “too hot” (RSI, a 0–100 hot/cold gauge, is very high on QQQ/SPY/VTV)? If yes, it puts ~50% in the strongest of Treasuries (TMF), US dollar (UUP), oil (USO), staples (XLP), or health care (XLV)—and holds cash; if fear jumps, it uses two picks.<br>If not, it may: favor TMF when stocks are steady‑hot; buy 3x tech (TECL/TQQQ) on dips or strength; or, if trends weaken, hold staples plus gold/oil, or short tech (SQQQ/TECS).
Dynamic daily rotation: cut risk when markets heat up and target upside via tech bets across assets. Out-of-sample: ~117% annualized return vs ~17% for S&P; Sharpe ~1.54 vs 1.02; Calmar ~3.14. Drawdowns ~37.5% vs 18%.
